When We Ship - Sisters Two will make every effort to ship in stock items the next day. However there are some circumstances beyond our control that may delay shipping time.In Stock Items - Sisters Two will ship all in-stock items within 1 business day after you have placed your order. we guarantee same day shipping on orders that submitted using overnight service and are placed before 12PM PST. However we will make every effort to ship all orders the same day they are placed. UPS Ground Shipment Orders typically take from 4-7 business days for delivery.
Out of Stock Items - Items not in stock will be shipped 1 business day after stocking, and will ship by selected shipping method from that date - No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charge as these items will still be shipped the method originally requested. We are not responsible for shipment delays by UPS as the carrier reserves the right to delay residential orders by 24 hours. Please call customer service if you have questions regarding this policy.
